Andrea Gunn

Andrea oversees all projects across The Navigation Fund. With a wide background in organizational behavior, scientific research, and social justice advocacy, Andrea has co-founded organizations and events to support experienced and emerging leaders in the ethics and philanthropic space. She has led top charities and has created programs to foster greater equity and inclusion in movements such as farm animal welfare. Prior to her advocacy work, Andrea spent five years in neuroscience and pharmacology labs at Massachusetts General Hospital and the University of Michigan. Andrea holds a BS in Brain, Behavior, and Cognitive Science from the University of Michigan and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
