David Coman-Hidy

David directs charitable grantmaking at The Navigation Fund. With more than a decade of experience in nonprofit advocacy, leadership, and philanthropy, David is passionate about building and leading strong coalitions to create tangible impact. Previously, David led one of the world’s largest farm animal advocacy organizations, growing it from a handful of employees into an international force and measurably improving the lives of tens of millions of animals worldwide. Through his other philanthropic initiatives, David has expanded the reach and efficacy of dozens of charities globally. David holds a BS in Political Communication from Emerson College.
